  • Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel a prepaid order before it is shipped, a full refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours of cancellation.

3. Returns, Exchange & Replacement

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns on any products.

  • No Exchange: We do not offer exchanges on any products.

  • Replacement: We only replace missing or damaged parts of products.

4. Refund Policy

  • Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, a refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours of the reverse shipment.

  • Order Cancellation (Prepaid): If the order has not been shipped yet and is cancelled, a refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.

5. Installation Services

  • DIY Products: All products are designed for Do-It-Yourself (DIY) assembly.

  • Installation Services: Assembling and installation services are available at an extra charge. Please contact our customer care for more details.
